We also offer a managed service and regular pro-active network monitoring. This provides for cost-effective management of your resources and ensures the implementation of best working practices without the need for a full time IT specialist on-site.

Both Services provide you with Remote / Online or Telephone support and fault diagnosis for a fixed fee either monthly for our Contracted customers or a One Off fee for a single incident. There are different benefits to both programmes which suit either a customers' direct needs or budget.

Managed Service
Regular scheduled visits to site, to update and configure ongoing IT resources, reducing the need for dedicated in-house expertise, whilst ensuring that ongoing IT needs are met.
