Have you ever just wanted to know that someone was there to help at the other end of the phone or more common these days, at the end of a Chat room or a VPN connection? Why pay for on site support when your IT support company are hardly ever there? Well now you don't have to!
BITES-UK retain our services by purchasing support incidents and then that's it. You decide how many and how frequently you purchase. Once purchased your support incident tickets are valid for up to one year from date of purchase. You have a Server problem just call and use one of your Server Incidents. You have a Desktop issue, simply log a call with our helpdesk, give them your account number and use one of your support incident tickets and receive support for your problem - its that simple. No contracts to sign, No get out clauses or small print - just pure technical support - where and when you need it. You'd only ever pay a call out fee or on-site charges should the fault be diagnosed as requiring a site visit - this way you have complete control. Support Incident Tickets can now also be purchased online.

Typically, Desktop Support covers consumer products, desktop operating systems and desktop applications. Support is incident based, and is available between 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding English public holidays) Each Incident Ticket is valid for use within one year from the date of purchase.
